Shipments

Shipments are free of any charge for orders within Italy.

The minimum amount in order to place an order on Oliunìd is 10€. By placing orders of at least 30€ you will help us to maintain our free shipping policy. If you are thinking of an order of less than 30€ please check out the site: you will certainly find something that can be used to fill out the order!

The courier we use for deliveries in Italy is GLS, a leading logistics company all over Europe, which carries out deliveries for over 220,000 customers and is renowned fot its high reliability. Working with GLS allows us to guarantee delivery times around 24 hours for most destinations. For some destinations, including Calabria, the islands and some mountainous areas which are difficult to reach, the expected delivery time is 48 hours.

We also manage orders from the EU area: this service has an additional cost of 10€ for shipments of less than 100€. For the shippings towards the Countries of the European Union we use the Standard UPS service. Delivery times may span, depending on the area, between 48 and 96 hours. For the precise calculation of delivery times please refer to the UPS site, where you can indicate your shipping address and Vicenza, 36100 as the shipping point of the goods.

In case you ordered a large and/or heavy product (e.g. crash pads) to areas that are difficult to reach we reserve the right to cancel the order with full refund of the amount. Here we are referring in particular to the islands. Alternatively we can proceed with the shipment with a surcharge of money.

For shipments outside the European Union please contact us at support@oliunid.it and specify the products you need and the destination of the goods. We will contact you for an estimate.

     


Quantity Discounts

At Oliunìd it is better to have friends: big orders cost less!

2% discount for orders of more than 100€

3% discount for orders of more than 200€

5% discount for orders of more than 500€

8% discount for orders of more than 1000€

 

Returns

It is easy to ask for the return of an order you placed on Oliunìd. You can do it within 60 days from the day you received the goods and this is how you do it.


From Italy

1. Pack and ship at your expenses  the product to our warehouse in via della Meccanica 1/L, 36100 Vicenza (VI) with whatever courier you prefer. If the product is inside a box (for example a pair of shoes inside their box) please pack product and box inside a bigger box or envelope (you can use the one you received from us if it is not damaged).

The package must contain a note with your order number. You can find it in the mail we wrote to you as an order confirmation. Alternatively you can write the order number on the outside of the box you use to send the returned product. Should you need to return products from more than one order, please write us all the order numbers you wish to return products from in the same note in the package.

1b. Alternatively, you can book your parcel collection from Italy by registering to the GLS website, in the Book a pickup section, by using Internet Explorer as a browser. In this case you will have to click "Carriage Paid" and enter the address of our warehouse as the delivery address: LDR S.R.L., Via della Meccanica 1/L, 36100 Vicenza (VI). The pickup needs to be booked for the afternoon; this operation has a cost of 10€ which will be deducted from the total order refund. In the notes you need to insert the words "To be charged to LDR S.R.L Unipersonale".

The package must contain a note with your order number. Alternatively you can write the order number on the outside of the box you use to send the returned product.Should you need to return products from more than one order, please write us all the order numbers you wish to return products from in the same note in the package.

1c. If you are in the area you can bring the products you wish to return to one of our shops: you can find our address at this link. Should you bring the goods back at one of our Oliunìd Shops we will need the order number to be provided by mail or printed on paper. The refund will be then carried on.

2. Once the product arrives to our warehouse, if the goods are intact and therefore eligible for return, we will immediately refund the total amount of the order through the same means you used for payment. So if you used PayPal we will refund you in your PayPal account, if instead you paid by credit card we will refund you on the same card.

2b. In case you made the payment by bank transfer or by cash on delivery, you will have to provide us, on the note inside the package, with a valid IBAN on which to make the refund and the name of the account holder. In case you chose to use the GLS pickup 10€ will be withheld from the total refund.

3. We remind you that the delivery is always free of charge within Italy, so you can place a second order directly on our website to change your product. Be aware that the second order is independent from the first and the same quantity discounts will not apply. For example, if you place a 250€ order and return a 150€ product, your new order will get a 2% discount (orders over 100€) and not a 3% discount (orders over 200€).

The procedure for the refund starts as soon as we get the returned goods. The money might take a couple days to land on your account: should more than 4-5 days pass please contact us at support@oliunid.it.


From outside Italy

1b. Alternatively, you can use the UPS return system. Fill in the tracking number for your shipment in the search bar of the UPS website. In the tracking code page you can choose to "Return this Package" and then follow the instruction to print your Return Label. Apply the label to your package and leave it to the Drop Off Office closest to you. This operation has a cost of 20€ which will be deducted from the total order refund.

Faulty Products/Products not Compliant

If the product you received is faulty, or if it is not what you ordered, please do not ship it back to us but contact us a support@oliunid.it. Please specify your order number in the mail subject and send us pictures of the product (maximum combined size of the picture must not exceed 1M).

If the product will actually result to be faulty or not compliant with what you ordered, we can proceed in two ways depending on the circumstances:

1. Return of the goods without extra costs (we will give you instructions) and total refund of the amount.

2. Total refund without return of the goods, in this case the goods are yours to dispose of.

 

Products not Suitable to be Returned

The product may be unsuitable to be returned for two reasons: 

1. The return has been made more than 60 days after you received the goods. 

2. The product is damaged or not in its original packaging. This means that the product must be shipped:

  • a. in its original, undamaged packaging if it has one (e.g. shoes it their packaging, including the plastic sheet)

  • b. with any documents it was sent with (e.g. certification tags for the PPEs; clothes' tags)

  • c. in its intact packaging, for closed packagings (e.g. a frontlamp in its packaging)

If the product you returned does not fulfil the previous requisite we can not accept it. In this case there are two options:

1. We can organize a new shipment of the goods towards you, with a surcharge of 10€

2. You can place a new order and we will ship to you the goods without any surcharge
